Program Description
Robby Technician Notifications is an SMS and voice notification service that sends job-related alerts to HVAC and home service technicians. Messages include information about upcoming appointments, customer details, equipment information, and service recommendations to help technicians prepare for their service calls.
This service is provided to employees of companies that have contracted with Robby for workforce communication services. Messages are strictly operational and are not used for marketing or promotional purposes.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your job schedule and assignments. You may receive messages before each scheduled appointment, typically ranging from 1-10 messages per work day depending on your daily job load. Messages are only sent during business hours and in relation to active job assignments.
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Standard messaging rates from your wireless carrier apply to all SMS messages sent and received. Please contact your wireless carrier for details about your messaging plan and any applicable charges.
Opt-Out Instructions
You can opt out of receiving SMS notifications at any time.
To stop receiving messages, reply STOP to any message you receive from us. You will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS notifications from Robby.
After opting out, please inform your employer so they can update their records accordingly.

Enrollment and Consent
By having your phone number enrolled in the Robby notification system by your employer, you consent to receive job-related SMS and voice messages at the phone number provided. Enrollment is managed by your employer as part of your job duties.
You may withdraw consent at any time by texting STOP to opt out of messages or by requesting removal through your employer.

Our SMS service is compatible with all major U.S. wireless carriers including but not limited to AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, and their affiliated carriers.
Privacy

Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued participation in the messaging program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
